and controlling system for high bench, Large bed test

This system is integrated with electric control,
high-power direct current drive, sequential control, data
collection and analysis to realize a composite test for
hydraulic turbine mould. The main tests include sensor rating,
flow rating, energy test, flowing lose test, pressure surge
test and flying lose test before the testing. The system
has several characters, such as: synchronous or asynchronous
data collection; data automatic arrangement; curve fitting;
smoothing processing; spline curve; time frequency analysis;
control of three dimensional curved face; building contour
line of different performance parameters, achieving automatic
control to the composite characteristic curve of hydraulic
turbine. The system can be used to both paddle-wheeler hydraulic
turbine mould test and mixed flow hydraulic turbine mould
test.
